Base de champú ecológica – Base prefabricada con tensioactivos suaves para la higiene capilar
La base de champú ecológica es una base prefabricada destinada a la preparación rápida de champús personalizados. La fórmula está diseñada para garantizar una limpieza eficaz y, al mismo tiempo, ofrecer una elevada tolerancia dermatológica. Su estructura permite personalizarla mediante la incorporación de activos hidrosolubles, extractos botánicos, aceites esenciales y fragancias cosméticas, sin necesidad de procesos de calentamiento ni equipos complejos de homogeneización.
Es una mezcla de tensioactivos derivados de materias primas vegetales y con certificación ecológica. Formulada sin sulfatos, puede adaptarse a distintos tipos de cabello mediante la selección de los ingredientes y activos adecuados.

Características técnicas
- Aspecto: Líquido viscoso, de translúcido a ligeramente opalescente, de color amarillo pálido y con un olor característico.
- Función cosmética: Base para productos de higiene, como champús, baños de espuma y jabones líquidos.
- Capacidad de incorporación de aditivos: Permite añadir ingredientes adicionales en una proporción total acumulada de entre un 1 % y un 5 %.

Guía de formulación y personalización
- Procedimiento: Se procesa a temperatura ambiente. Puede añadirse a la base de champú un total de hasta un 5 % de ingredientes y, en determinadas formulaciones, hasta un 10 %. Incorporar los activos, extractos o fragancias gradualmente y bajo agitación suave, para evitar la introducción excesiva de aire y la formación de espuma en la masa del producto.
- Comportamiento de la viscosidad: La incorporación de aceites vegetales, aceites esenciales y fragancias casi siempre provoca una disminución de la viscosidad y de la capacidad espumante. Limitar estas incorporaciones a un máximo de entre un 0,5 % y un 1 % de la fórmula total.
- Aditivos: La base de champú puede personalizarse con ingredientes específicos para el cuidado capilar, como Vege-Keratin, Vege-Collagen, Honeyquat, proteína de seda, extracto de Maca Fortis, Marine-Z y pantenol.

El sistema conservante es capaz de proteger la mezcla final cuando se añade un máximo de hasta un 10 % de ingredientes adicionales.
¿Por qué el champú produce menos espuma después de añadir aceite de ricino?
Los aceites vegetales reducen la viscosidad y la capacidad espumante de este tipo de producto. Para mantener el rendimiento óptimo de la base, generalmente se recomienda evitar la incorporación de aceites vegetales y utilizar en su lugar activos acondicionadores hidrosolubles.

I have a shampoo base , and I don't know how much to add of the cosmetic actives to create a shampoo for hair growth and plumping . I have vege- collagen, vege- keratin, panthenol and caffeine . And I would like to add essential oils as well . If you can help me with a formula , that would be perfect .
A gentle base with just the right consistency and good foaming power. I just mix it with burdock oil, rosemary, orange and grapefruit essential oils and the whole family uses it. The kids (7 and 9 years old) already know how to rinse without splashing (it stings like normal shampoo). It cleans so gently and effectively that we've given up on dermatologic baby shampoos.
Good shampoo base, very nice and mild, I added glycerine and panthenol. It doesn't lather much, but it's okay.
I use it successfully exactly as it is, I don't add anything to my colored, greasy, permed hair.

I use it personally , as it is , without any additions . In terms of dictionary inches is clean and indicated , confirm from own use . Leaves hair and scalp clean. I sometimes rinse it with apple cider vinegar , or apply conditioner for combing and soaking.
Curata bine dar e destul agresiv, nu would not recommend for more dry or fragile hair. Even if I increased the percentage of moisturizing/protective actives to 7% and used conditioner as well enriched (made from conditioner base) the hair became quite dry and stripped after washing. For oily hair though, the same formula (seconded by the same conditioner) was ok.
To the shampoo base I added Horsetail extract, burdock oil, maca extract and Ylang Ylang essential oil resulted in a good shampoo that cleanses and moisturizes the hair.
I bought the shampoo base in multiple doses. It cleanses the hair and makes it shiny, but feels somewhat more astringent when you put it on. Leaves hair clean anyway.
It has prevented my dandruff and hair loss. I haven't had any changes in my hair care routine except for this shampoo, which turned out extremely bad. Both before and after using it, I didn't have these problems. After I stopped using it (I consumed 500 ml out of the 1L bottle), my hair recovered instantly.

A clarifying shampoo that does its job very well. It's consistent, lathers well, cleans really well, and most importantly, it's suitable for all the family. We now purchase it by the pound. The price-quality ratio is great!
Even though for my (very dry) hair I have not yet found actives that enhance this shampoo base to be suitable for me, for my husband, along with a few essential oils, I have created a great shampoo! It lathers well, cleans well, and I don't have to keep messing around mixing tensides to create liquid shampoos. I love it, will recommend it!
