I'm trying to see what I can get away with, I like to experiment. And I'm trying to get some light creams that'll spread well

I am confused about the INCI.Before you had this emsf with the INCI specification: sucrose stearate. Now it appears modified but in the MSDS it still appears plain sucrose stearate Finally what is the composition because I want to know exactly.Sucrose stearate I have only seen in powder form,it would be great to bring it if it is not this.It is an emsf with n. formulation possibilities.

A very good emulsifier, moisturizing, easy to use. Recipes with this emulsifier are very moisturizing, suitable for dry skin.

This is the first time I have worked with this emulsifier. In the watery phase I found it was harder to melt but by including it in the oily phase I did well with it.

The emulsion should not be whipped excessively, as this can lead to its delamination. As the only emulsifier, it is rather unstable - I advise you to add a co-emulsifier or thickener, both to the fat phase and to the water phase (for example, cetyl alcohol and xanthan gum). But it gives soft, gentle emulsions, with excellent distribution over the skin.

Interestingly, unlike most emulsifiers, it can be added both in the water phase and in the oily phase, depending on how the recipe stipulates.

It feels good in compositions. As a minus, it doesn't melt completely when added to the fat phase and stays on the glass.
