Emulsionante Liqua – Alto rendimiento para cremas ligeras

El emulsionante Liqua es un emulsionante elaborado a partir de materias primas renovables, diseñado específicamente para superar los desafíos técnicos relacionados con la estabilización de emulsiones de baja viscosidad y cremas ligeras. Su estructura ofrece una flexibilidad de formulación excepcional y demuestra una buena tolerancia en presencia de ingredientes difíciles de estabilizar, al mismo tiempo que contribuye activamente a mejorar los niveles de hidratación cutánea.

Es un emulsionante O/W versátil y de alto rendimiento, especialmente adecuado para emulsiones de baja viscosidad, como sérums, lociones y cremas fluidas con un contenido reducido de fase oleosa. Proporciona una gran flexibilidad de formulación y permite crear una amplia variedad de perfiles sensoriales.

Ingredientes (INCI): Polyglyceryl-6 Stearate (and) Polyglyceryl-6 Behenate.

Características técnicas

  • Tipo de emulsión: Aceite en agua (O/W), no iónico y sin PEG.
  • Aspecto: Perlas amarillentas, con un olor característico.
  • Valor HLB: Aproximadamente 13. 
  • Intervalo óptimo de pH: De 4,0 a 8,5.
  • Dosis recomendada: 2,5 % - 4,0 %. 

Propiedades y beneficios

  • Especializado en texturas fluidas: Proporciona una buena estabilización de emulsiones O/W de viscosidad muy baja y ayuda a prevenir la separación de fases en lociones ligeras y productos en espray.
  • Compatibilidad con activos difíciles: Tolera y estabiliza eficazmente fórmulas con concentraciones elevadas de electrolitos, porcentajes altos de urea o etanol.
  • Acción hidratante —in vivo—: Gracias a su estructura basada en poligliceroles, contribuye a aumentar la hidratación de la piel.

Aplicaciones

  • Cremas hidratantes de uso diario para el rostro y el cuerpo.
  • Sérums emulsionados y sérums potenciadores.
  • Lociones y espráis de protección solar, así como emulsiones para después de la exposición solar.
  • Leches corporales fluidas, lociones hidratantes de uso diario y espráis corporales hidratantes.
  • Formulaciones con un alto contenido de urea para pieles muy secas o ásperas.
  • Productos cosméticos con activos de base alcohólica —etanol— o extractos ricos en electrolitos.

Guía de formulación

  • Dosis recomendada: Utilizar entre un 2,5 % y un 4,0 % del total de la fórmula.
  • Proporción de la fase grasa: Se recomienda entre un 10 % y un 30 % para emulsiones más densas, y entre un 10 % y un 20 % para emulsiones fluidas.
  • Método estándar: Calentar por separado la fase oleosa y la fase acuosa hasta 75 °C. Verter la fase oleosa caliente sobre la fase acuosa caliente bajo agitación continua y proceder inmediatamente a la homogeneización.
  • Incorporación de agentes de consistencia: Generalmente se combina con un 1 % - 3 % de agentes de consistencia, recomendándose Glyceryl Stearate y Cetearyl Alcohol. Para mejorar la estabilidad, añadir entre un 0,2 % y un 0,7 % de goma xantana.
  • La goma xantana o ACX Gum se añade normalmente después de la formación de la emulsión.

Perfil de seguridad: Ingrediente seguro y con buena tolerancia cutánea.
Precauciones: Exclusivamente para uso cosmético externo. 
Conservación: Conservar en un recipiente cerrado, en un lugar seco y fresco, protegido de la luz.

A very good emulsifier for more liquid emulsions. It can NOT be substituted with other emulsifiers, it has its own particular characteristics, it is O/W (i.e. oil in water).

I make some lotions and sprays with this ingredient (deodorant roll-on, cleaning gel for face with a little bit vegetable oil) I use it because I don t like when the product is dephased or such as biphased for exemple Great emulsifier :)

I have been trying for a long time to create a body lotion, a lightweight formula that absorbs quickly and leaves the skin moisturized and non-greasy. With this emulsifier, I have succeeded. If other emulsifiers are perfect for creams and such, this one is perfect for serums and lotions! Just this one! With another product I have not been able to recreate that same smooth and fluid texture. I plan to create a milk cleanser as well then come back with reviews.

It is a great emulsifier and very easy to use, I use it in serums for the complexion, you get a very nice texture, I tested it and to make a conditioner before shampooing.

Very much liked the texture it creates , like whipped cream , light . Imi pare rau ca nu se vinde la quantitatati mai mari, m'would reprofila ca si emulsifiant doar pe asta și as renunta la Olliva :D

Very good, I used it from the first one-pot (aqueous and oily phase in the same pot) as I always do with olliva and it didn't fail. I did the oligo.dermo-filler moisturizer and you look perfect
