RECOMENDACIONES DE USO
- ingrediente cosmético
- adecuado para el cuidado del cabello, tratamientos capilares, lociones corporales calmantes y cremas faciales antienvejecimiento
- utilizarlo como mascarilla mezclado con otros polvos naturales y agua/agua floral
- combinar con otros polvos ayurvédicos para preparar un champú seco
- utilizar como macerado acuoso o infusión, incluido en cremas, lociones, acondicionadores, lociones anticaída
- utilizarlo como macerado oleoso para preparar aceites capilares y mascarillas, cremas de noche para pieles maduras
GUÍA DE FORMULACIÓN
- Cómo preparar un macerado oleoso
- utilizar 100 ml de aceite vegetal de su elección y mezclarlo con 10 g de polvo
- agitar bien para dispersar el polvo en el líquido y dejar macerar hasta 7 días, agitando de vez en cuando
- filtrar con un filtro de café o un colador fino y verter el filtrado en una botella limpia
- utilizar el aceite macerado en tu proyecto o conservarlo en un lugar fresco; se mantiene estable durante varios meses
- Cómo preparar una infusión
- Añade 100 ml de agua hirviendo a 10 g de polvo y mezcla
- Déjalo infusionar hasta 15 minutos
- Fíltralo con una herramienta adecuada o papel de filtro, deja enfriar y transfiere el filtrado recogido a una botella limpia
- incorporarlo inmediatamente a la formulación o añadir un conservante (1 % Cosgard) para conservarlo durante más tiempo y utilizarlo en futuros proyectos

I use it to make oily macerates for hair and scalp applications, or included as such in hair masks, combined with oils and butters, manjishta and ashwagandha. I also use neutral henna in parallel. After a couple of covid episodes and a period of prolonged emotional stress/consumption, my hair had fallen out extremely hard, thinning, very limp and lifeless. Combined with a proper lifestyle and diet, internal supplements and lots of detangling/relaxing, the hair thickens, becomes stronger, regenerates well and looks much healthier. I apply in between washes and floral or herbal waters (purchased or distilled by me) helpful for hair/scalp and have found it's good to combine with baking soda, I probably had too acidic an environment on my scalp.

I discovered this powder recently but better late than never. In combination with Amla and red clay it helps to fight ingrown ingrowns and gives a shiny look to the hair.

Bhringaraj is the organic aid against hair loss and premature ingrowing. I have been facing the problem of hair fall since a while. I will take treatment on this ayurvedic powder for long term.
