- adecuado para el cuidado de pieles grasas y mixtas, cabello graso, cuero cabelludo problemático y formulaciones para cabello apagado
- utilizarlo como mascarilla, mezclado con agua/agua floral, opcionalmente en combinación con otros polvos vegetales
- utilizarlo en exfoliantes faciales y corporales
- Úsalo como macerado acuoso o infusión, incluido en limpiadores, lociones purificantes, cremas faciales, champús
- Úsalo como macerado oleoso para preparar aceites capilares, aceites faciales, cremas de noche
GUÍA DE FORMULACIÓN
- Cómo preparar un macerado oleoso
- utilizar 100 ml de aceite vegetal de su elección y mezclarlo con 10 gr de polvo
- agitar bien para dispersar el polvo en el líquido y dejar macerar hasta 7 días, agitando de vez en cuando
- filtrar con un filtro de café o un colador fino, transferir el filtrado a una botella limpia
- utiliza el aceite macerado en tu proyecto o guárdalo en un lugar fresco; se conserva estable durante varios meses
- Cómo preparar una infusión
- añade 100 ml de agua hirviendo a 10 g de polvo y mezcla
- Déjela infusionar hasta 15 minutos
- Fíltrela con una herramienta adecuada o con papel de filtro, déjela enfriar y transfiera el filtrado recogido a una botella limpia
- incorporarlo inmediatamente a su formulación o añadir un conservante (1 % Cosgard) para conservarlo durante más tiempo para futuros proyectos

I bought it to make dry shampoo, I made it and can confirm that it works wonderfully, leaves the hair looking as if it had been washed. I have used before another dry shampoo made according to a recipe created from starch, iris powder, rice & bamboo, silica and magnesium stearate, zinc oxide, but that shampoo left the hair a bit limp. The dry shampoo recipe here on ellemental.ro with tulsi&amla&kapoor kachli leaves the hair fine and not at all dull.

It's a wonderful addition to a shampoo created from herbal powders without using other harsh chemicals as found in commercial shampoos. Popularly known in Hindu as holy basil, tulsi can also be consumed internally, helping with respiratory ailments, lungs, coughs, colds, etc. Tulsi powder can also be used in cooking as a spice or as an infusion (tea). I have only used the powder purchased from this site externally.

Used as an aqueous macerate for skin or hair, it's wonderful! It's hard to resist the smell it leaves on your skin without making a tea to drink!
