Agente quelante de origen natural para formulaciones cosméticas, ayuda a aumentar la vida útil, la estabilidad y la eficacia de los productos cosméticos. Una alternativa natural al EDTA.
Los metales pueden entrar en una formulación cosmética a través del equipo de producción, como impurezas de los ingredientes y del agua. Estos metales favorecen las reacciones de oxidación, pueden provocar decoloración y alterar las propiedades espumantes de los tensioactivos.

- se recomienda combinar con otros antioxidantes como el tocoferol o el palmitato de ascorbilo para potenciar su eficacia

I changed the recipe a bit from the new kojic acid toner, which also contains chelator. Along with a friend's ideas and products, I turned it into a serum (with xanthan gum) and replaced the water with equal amounts of witch hazel and immortelle water. And I use it all over my body after an exfoliating shower. I have no words for the result, baby soft skin instantly! It instantly improves the appearance of the skin, and the effect lasts a minimum of 24 hours.

Very good chelating agent, it has an acidic ph and you have to be careful, it has alcohol and is not suitable for halal cosmetics.

It is a very good chelating agent, it slightly acidifies formulations so be careful with solutions sensitive to acid Ph less than 5 (Ex Softderm). With some minerals it can form precipitate (e.g. with the minerals in net net nettle extract, but at acidic pH it clears).

Chelator is of natural origin and is an excellent biodegradable replacement for EDTA. I recommend it for cosmetic formulations where it effectively inactivates metal ions, helping to increase the shelf life, stability and efficacy of cosmetic products.
